  • How do I connect my Smart Air Fryer to the GeoSmartPro App?
    Key steps for the successful connection; Make sure your mobile is connected to your home WiFi. Turn your Bluetooth "On" on your mobile/device. Turn your Geolocation from the setting of your mobile, only required for the initial setup process. Make sure your Home WiFi have 2.4GHz enabled. Plug in the Smart Air Fryer in the main socket, and switch on the main socket. You will notice WiFi icon " ᯤ" flashing. Press and hold 7 seconds the Wi-Fi button " ᯤ" on the control panel of the Air Fryer. You will notice the WiFi icon " ᯤ" is rapidly flashing. (Please note at this stage, do not press the red power button to turn the Air Fryer ON until the WiFi connection is established). Go to your GeoSmartPro App and press the add "+" button on the top right-hand side of the screen. You will notice two options on the top; Auto Scan Add Manually Auto Scan: This is the faster way to connect and it will search for your Smart Air Fryer automatically provided that the WiFi icon " ᯤ" is rapidly flashing. (if you notice the WiFi " ᯤ" is not rapidly flashing, press for up to 7 seconds until it does so) Once the Smart Air Fryer appears on the screen select the Smart Air Fryer and follow In-App steps to complete the process. Add Manually: In case of Auto Scan is unable to complete the process for any reason due to your home network setting Add Manually option allows you to enter the detail of your WiFi settings. Select you Smart Air Fryer and follow in App steps to complete the process. You should now have successfully connected to your Smart Air Fryer. Watch - App setup video.   • I can't connect to the fan, I keep getting 'Connection timed out'."
    This error is mostly caused due to the 5GHz set as a primary channel. If you get a message of 'connection time out' follow below troubleshooting steps: Clear Cache on the app, you can do this by going to 'Me' 'Settings' and reset the AirGo fan by pressing the on/off button for 5 seconds. Then log in to your router via IP ,go into advance setting, wireless and turn off 5GHz. Make sure that the 2.4GHz is broadcasting Smart channel system and not only one channel.   • I can't add my AirGo Smart Fan to the family, it says 'Connection Failed'."
    If someone in your home has already created a family, then you will not need or be able to add the fan again through your app. All you will need to do is ask your family member to add you to the family by clicking on your family name on the top left of the app > Home Management > Select your family > Add member. This is set this way for security reasons, so that only people added to the family will be able to control your AirGo Smart Fan.
  • How to share my device for family use?
    Please click on the device and on the upper right corner you will see the following icon, click to see the device details and on the section ‘others’ click "Share device" - "Add Sharing", enter the phone number or the email address of the family member and click Finish.
  • How can I add family members?
    On the Home Page click 'Me' located on the lower right corner, then, click 'Home Management' and select the family to which a member is to be added, then click 'Add members'. On the displayed Add members page, specify Name for the member and set Account number to a mobile phone number or an email address. You can specify this member as an administrator by enabling Set as administrator. After you configure the member information, click 'Add'. The new family member can see the family information after logging in to the app.
  • How do I connect my AirGo Smart fan to Alexa?
    Link GeoSmartPro Skill 1. Tap on "Skills & Games" in the Alexa app menu. 2. Then search for "GeoSmartPro". Tap "Enable to use" to enable the Skill. 3. Enter the GeoSmartPro APP account and password, then tap “Link Now” to link your GeoSmartPro account to enable the Skill. Now you can start your smart home journey. Common commands Control AirGo via voice commands. For instance, Alexa, turn on/off the living room AirGo Fan. (Turn on/off the Fan) Alexa, change AirGo speed to 1. (Set the fan speed)
  • How do I connect my AirGo Smart fan to Google Home?
    Link GeoSmartPro Action 1. On the main page of the Google Home app, tap the ‘Add’ icon. 2. Then tap on "Set up device" 3. Then tap on Works with Google "Have something already set up". 4. Find GeoSmartPro on the list and open it. 5. Enter your GeoSmartPro app account and password and tap “Link Now", and then the action will appear on the Home Control Devices list. Now you can begin your smart home journey. 6. Control your smart device with Google Home. Now you can control your smart device with Google Home. With the bedroom light as an example, the supported commands include (Google Home currently only supports English commands): Ok Google, turn on/off the living room AirGo Fan. (Turn on/off the Fan) Ok Google, change AirGo speed to High. (Set the fan speed)
